CHRISTMAS = REST DAY I wanted to and enjoyed every bit of Christmas. After some miscommunication, I found my precious hambone in the trash.

This is the monster of a hill that I CHOOSE to run for my repeats! After some Googling & math, I think that this hill is a 7% incline/grade.

I was following a 10 week training plan that had 40 runs total. I completed 16 with only one long run of 5 miles before the race.

I say it is 95% my fault because the temps dropped and I was not dressed weather appropriate because it felt so good! Then 5% my kid's fault

Since the death of my treadmill in July I haven't really ran. I checked my Garmin app and literally the month of July I logged 5.25 miles..
